Westchester Modular Home Factory Tours

Interested customers can stop by the Westchester Modular Homes factory in Wingdale, New York during our scheduled Open Houses. A factory tour is a great way to experience the Westchester homes difference for yourself - you'll see firsthand the commitment to quality construction and design that goes into each of our new modular homes. Tours are held the first Saturday of every month (excluding holiday weekends). from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.. Please check our tour schedule for details. You must be 18 years or older to tour the factory.

Model Home Visits

Want to see a finished Westchester Modular Home? We have two model homes located at our facility in Wingdale, NY, as well as model home sales centers at builder locations in New York, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.
